Orders will usually be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. On an occasion that an item may be backordered we will notify you either by phone or email to let you know of this delay and give you an estimated ship time. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We ship most of our orders via UPS ground. Occasionally we may ship smaller parts and items with the USPS.

This chart only applies to addresses within the contiguous USA shipped via UPS Ground. If shipping to Alaka or Hawaii shipping costs will be determined by the total weight of the order and based on the most current express shipping rates determined by UPS.

We currently do not do international overseas shipments at this time. We can however ship to Canada. Please contact us for infomation.

We ship with UPS Ground as our preferred carrier. Below is the estimated shipping time chart.

RETURNS:

We offer a 15 day return policy from the confirmed delivery date. We will apply a 15% restocking fee on any order returned. We want to continue to offer the best service and prices and we need to implement this restocking fee. SMS Off-Road Inc is not responsible for any return shipping fees nor is the original shipping refundable. (Only if an error is made on our side will shipping be covered.) We try to keep our costs as low as possible in order to pass on the savings to our customers. Returns only apply to new and unused or uninstalled merchandise. A RMA number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. Please contact us for that number.

WARRANTIES:

All products are covered under the manufacturer.

PAY METHODS:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Any order that is paid with a personal check may be delayed 7 to 10 business days to allow for the check funds to clear. If you prefer PayPal as payment please send payment to paypal@smsoffroad.com.

SALES TAX:

We are an incorporated business in the state of Pennsylvania so deliveries to addresses in PA will be charged 6% Sales Tax.
